Evoqé Events Wedding Venue Distinctive Features
Small, intimate receptions and large-scale events at Evoqé wedding venue leave a lasting impression on your guests. The venue can be tailored and features thoughtful details, all around, adding exceptional character to every wedding celebration.
Included with your venue rental are the following:
- The white marble dance floor
- Basic PA system for speeches, microphones and lectern
- Standard lighting system
You can host up to 250 guests for on-site ceremonies and reception. Ceremonies are available after 3 pm.
Wedding Receptions at Evoqé Events
Evoqé is versatile and can host classic seated receptions and modern cocktail parties.
Seated dinner reception packages, a five or six-hour event, include:
- Three canapes per person
- Multiple-course dinner: entree, alternating main, shared side dish, set dessert or sweet canapes
Cocktail menu at Evoqé Events features:
- Four hot canapes
- Four cold canapes
- Two substantials
- Two bowls
- Two dessert canapes
Both menus have coffee and tea service.
The beverage list for cocktails and seated menu includes fine wines, beers and soft drinks, mineral water and juice.
Optional wedding food and drinks menu enhancements are available. Furthermore, Evoqé Events venue works with the most renowned wedding vendors in the area and can appoint you towards them to ease the stress of wedding planning.

We had to relocate our wedding to the Q Events function hall on 4 days notice, yet everybody listed above were all extremely accommodating and professional. We had a few couples ask us on the night whether we enjoyed having our wedding there and if it was a good venue for their own wedding and we highly recommended it to all. Thank you so much to the Q Events team!Carleen, Amy, Jo, Dave & the entire team were all absolutely fantastic and easy to deal with.
