Excellent service and early check-in.

We had requested an early check-in as we needed to prepare for a wedding we were attending. The hotel was very accommodating and had our room available for us well before we arrived. I addition, we were pleasantly surprised when a nice box of chocolates was delivered to our room. Our experience with Novotel, Glen Waverley has always been positive.
