The basic wedding package for seated reception at Melrose features:

Wedding menu offers a selection of globally-inspired dishes with a focus on Italian pasta, Asian salads, and European-style mains, featuring options like crispy pork belly, rack of lamb, and grilled salmon, accompanied by shared sides and a choice of classic and contemporary desserts.
Melrose offers the option to customise the package and add an Antipasto platter, vegetarian dip platter, mezze and seasonal fruit platters. Additional enhancements include late-night snacks and gelato and cannoli carts.
