Lily Farm House

Lily Farm House is a dedicated function centre in the idyllic landscapes of Swan Valley, half an hour from Perth. The venue offers five acres of lovely grounds, a magical reception area with indoor and outdoor seating and premium wedding management. 

Lily Farm House Venue Features

Lily Farm House features soaring ceilings and an interior with a perfect combination of glass and timber. The capacity of the house includes:

• 100 seated people indoor
• 130 seated people indoors in the combination of indoor and outdoor ceiling

If you’ve envisioned outdoor reception, the courtyard can seat up to 130 guests, seated or cocktails.

The venue offers flexible packages, accommodating various styles of receptions and timings. For example, you can sign up for a full-day reception and ceremony package at Lily Farm House or an evening reception. A full-day reception requires a custom quote.

Evening Wedding Reception 

Evening reception starts at 4 pm and ends at midnight on weekends and at 10 pm on Thursdays. However, the timing can be adjusted to suit your needs.

For your evening reception, the Lily Farm House team offers an array of wedding menus, such as:

• The wedding feast
• Plated service
• Canapé/Food stall

You can also request national dishes, such as Indian, Mediterranean, Italian, Asian and more.

Included with the venue hire is complete furniture needed for reception, seated or cocktail, such as trestle tables, cocktail tables, long tables, chairs, stools, and more. The fee also includes wedding coordination for the day and table set up.

Daytime Reception 

Daytime reception is available as long lunch or high tea. The packages for these options feature:

• Furniture 
• Crockery, cutlery, glassware
• Cake cutting and serving

Long lunch reception typically starts at 11 and ends by 5 pm, while high tea starts at 10 am, and ends at 2 pm.

The minimum requirement spend applies to all receptions, despite the timings.

Ceremony Packages

For the upcoming wedding season 2026/27, the venue offers a Jasmine pergola for a covered ceremony location and its beautiful lawns for outdoor sites.

Standard ceremony package feature:

• Set up and pack down the ceremony
• 30 chairs
• Signing table and chairs
• Water station

In-house styling is one of the popular wedding services, available for a fee.       

Micro Elopement Packages

For the couple getting married with only 6 guests, Lily Farm House offers 2-hour venue use and a unique micro elopement package, featuring:

• Ceremony chairs, signing table and chairs
• Cocktail tables and stools
• Wine barrel as a cake stand
• Cutlery and crockery for the cake
• 1 drink per person from the venue drinks menu

You can host an elopement wedding for under 20 guests at Lilly Farm House for a higher fee.

Lastly, for all weddings at this rustic wedding venue, you can rent a bridal suite to serve as a preparation area.

Winter wedding packages are discounted and available for a minimum of 60 people and a maximum of 90 seated or 130 guests.
