Wedding Reception at Jackalope Hotel

Jackalope Hotel has several options for your wedding reception, created to accommodate different budgets and preferences.

Jackyak Weddings package applies to the reception in a dedicated event space with indoor and outdoor facilities and breathtaking vineyard views. The capacity is 60 seated guests or 100 cocktail-style. 

Package inclusions are:

• Menu tasting for the couple
• Hot and cold canapés
• 3-course wedding menu
• 6-hour Rare Hare beverage package
• Cakeage
• Wedding coordinator
• Occasional furniture and table menus

Jackayak receptions don’t include the dancefloor or DJ and typically end at 11pm.

Rare Hare Wedding packages are available for seated receptions with fine dining service and exclusive control over a restaurant with vineyard views. The package is available for 80 seated guests and includes similar amenities to the Jackayak package.

Exclusive Hotel Use is an option for lavish weddings and offers full access to the property. It is suitable for weddings with 140 seated guests or 250 people for cocktail reception. In addition to standard wedding reception inclusions, Exclusive hotel use also features:

• 44 luxury rooms for guest accommodation
• Menu tasting for six people
• Breakfast for in-house guests
• Dedicated wedding coordinator
• Options to include DJ and dancefloor 

For winter weddings, Jackalope promises a fairy-tale indoor reception and ceremony in one of the indoor event spaces. These packages come with a discount and are available from June to September. If the weather allows, your pre-reception drinks can be served on the Pool Terrace.
