A Complete Garden Wedding Experience
In The Grove is a private garden wedding venue near Bundaberg where couples can celebrate their ceremony and reception in one beautiful location. Set amongst established gardens, lawns and mature trees, the venue provides a relaxed and private setting with the convenience of having much of your wedding planning brought together for you.
Ceremony & Reception
Choose from several distinctive ceremony locations throughout our gardens, including the Water Garden Arbor, Federation Gazebo, Rose & Hydrangea Garden and Kissing Tree lawn.
After the ceremony, guests can enjoy drinks and canapés before moving through to our permanent 10m x 15m marquee and adjoining covered patio for the reception. The marquee can accommodate up to approximately 145 seated guests, depending on your chosen layout, and features chandeliers and fairy lighting, creating an elegant garden atmosphere for dinner and dancing.
Planning & Coordination
In The Grove offers much more than simply providing a beautiful venue. We work with you throughout the planning process, helping bring together the practical details of your wedding and coordinating the venue, catering and other arrangements.
On your wedding day, our team manages the setup, timing and venue logistics so that you and your family can concentrate on celebrating rather than worrying about what needs to happen next.
Styling, Furniture & Setup
Our extensive collection of furniture, table settings, linens, signage and styling pieces allows us to create a wedding that reflects your individual style.
We work with your colours, ideas and personal touches to bring everything together, then take care of setting up before your wedding and packing everything away afterwards.
Catering
We coordinate catering through our preferred professional caterer, with a range of menu and dining options available. We help bring together your menu selections, dietary requirements, guest numbers and service arrangements, removing another major task from your wedding planning.
Managed BYO Bar
Our managed BYO bar gives you the flexibility to select and purchase your own alcohol while still enjoying a professionally operated bar. We provide RSA bar staff, ice and glassware and manage beverage service throughout your celebration.
Wedding Suppliers
We can also recommend trusted photographers, celebrants, florists, cake makers, musicians, DJs and other wedding professionals whose services may suit your plans, while giving you the freedom to choose the suppliers who best reflect your style.

Absolutely. In The Grove is designed so your entire wedding can take place in one beautiful location. Choose from several ceremony settings throughout our gardens, enjoy drinks and canapés afterwards, then celebrate your reception in our permanent marquee and adjoining covered patio.

How many guests can you accommodate?
Our permanent 10m x 15m marquee can accommodate up to approximately 145 seated guests, depending on your chosen layout. We also cater beautifully for smaller weddings, creating an intimate atmosphere without your celebration feeling lost within a large venue.
Can we bring our own alcohol?
Yes. In The Grove offers a managed BYO bar, giving you the flexibility to choose and purchase your own alcohol while we take care of the service. We provide RSA bar staff, ice and glassware, so you receive the benefits of BYO without asking family or friends to manage the bar.
Do you help with wedding planning and styling?
Yes, and this is an important part of the In The Grove experience. We work with you throughout your planning journey and provide an extensive collection of furniture, table settings, linens, signage and styling pieces. We then take care of setting up your wedding and bringing everything together beautifully on the day.
What happens if it rains on our wedding day?
We always have a wet-weather plan. Our permanent marquee, covered patio and homestead verandah provide protected areas so your celebration can continue comfortably if the weather changes. We’ll work with you beforehand to discuss the options and make the best decision for your day.
