Hunter Valley Hotels

Stayed 4 night as we were attending a wedding. Fabulous scenery, lots to do near the resort. Staff excellent and room had everything we needed.

Bree was super kind. Getting early check in was a life saver before a wedding we were attending. The bath with the skylight was so gorgeous, as were the courtyards interconencted to the pool and gardens. Super pretty.

Had an awesome time at the Mecure Resort Hunter Valley! We were here for a wedding. They helped us set everything quickly and easily. The room was nice. A few bugs in the bathroom but we didn't care, we probably left the door open for too long.

Here for my son's wedding and they really put on a great reception and venue. Food was great and so was the service. The bed was very comfortable but unfortunately the room was very tired, peeling paint and disappointing. The shower leaked and hot water came in a trickle. The room had mosquitos , unusual for this time and dust in corners. I would expect this in a 2 star hotel.

We had our ceremony and wedding reception at Mercure Resort Hunter Valley and we couldn’t have asked for anything more. The food and beverage package for us and our 16 guests were just superb. Danielle was our coordinator assigned to us for the night and there was nothing too hard and she went above and beyond the day after also. Our accommodation was faultless and although I concede it was getting on and needing refurbishment, it was clean and comfortable.

We spent 2 nights at the hotel while attending a wedding in the area. We choose the hotel based on its location even though reviews were a little lacklustre. On arrival, we were pleasantly surprised by the size of the room. It was huge and featured a lounge, desk and chair, two double beds and a patio with table and chairs that lead to the pool. The bed was very comfortable and the water pressure in the rainhead shower fantastic.
