This is a DIY wedding venue, so you can choose your catering, alcohol and everything else. Airtree Resort offers the convenience of hosting ceremonies and reception on-site and a comfortable stay with exclusive use of the entire resort. You also have the option to add additional nights before or after your wedding, so you can make a long weekend out of it:
Mon-Thurs Weddings: $5000 for exclusive use of the resort with 1 night accommodation included ($1500 for any additional nights)
Weekend Weddings: $9500 for exclusive use of the resort with 2 nights of accommodation included ($1600 for any additional nights)
*Discounted weekend wedding packages available.
Resort facilities include:
- 9 accommodation rooms for your guests (up to 30 people can fit into the rooms)
- Outdoor function space
- Indoor areas for reception
- Campground - Guests are welcome to bring their campervans, tents, swags, or you can organise glamping tents.
- On-site location for marquee and beautiful photo opportunities
- Event van 'Little Olive' for drinks serving outside the bar
- Freedom to choose any kind of external caterers or food trucks, or we are happy to make a suggestion
- Very family-friendly, with a playground and pool to keep the kids entertained
Our venue has a list of recommended suppliers, including music, catering, celebrant, photography and other vendors. Alternatively, if you love the venue, the team can organise an all-inclusive wedding package for an additional fee.

We wanted a DIY venue, with no time restrictions, plenty of accommodation on site and a pool for a recovery session and that is exactly what we got! The venue looks amazing at night when all of the lights come on. The groomsmen loved playing golf on the driving range before the ceremony. Everyone was amazed by how big and well equipped the rooms were.We had our wedding at Airtree Resort in Jan 2024 and could not have asked for a better venue. We had our son and now daughter in laws wedding at Airtree resort. Airtree resort is so close to Yarrawonga for those little things but you don’t have to leave the resort. Wonderful coffee and the whole place looked incredible the gardens and lawns were spectacular so green. Julie, scratcher and staff are the most wonderful people to deal with your hospitality was a pleasure and made us all feel so comfortable. We had our son and now daughter in laws wedding at Airtree resort. Airtree resort is so close to Yarrawonga for those little things but you don’t have to leave the resort. The tranquility and comfort was unmatched! Extremely family friendly and the owners Scratcha and Julie and care taker Terrence were so approachable, warm and welcoming. Nothing was ever too much for them and they work so hard to maintain the amenities and yard. Our wedding was absolutely perfect and Airtree Resort was truly the best place to host a fun outdoor wedding! What is included in the price?
Exclusive use of the resort including all 9 rooms + campground is included in the price. Plus use of all the resort facilities.
Can we come in and set up early?
You are able to come in and set up in the outdoor areas before the wedding, as long as this will not impact any current guests. You can use any area that does not impact any staying guests or our cleaning/garden staff to set up before the wedding
What time is check in and check out?
Check in is 2pm the day you have booked – and check out of the rooms is 10am on the departure day. We are happy for people to stay onsite after departure time as long as the rooms are vacated if we have same day check in’s it’s a big change over.
Is there special pricing in off peak or weekends?
Yes we offer off peak rates from June – end August which are nearly half the price of peak period and also mid week pricing from Monday – Thursday
What do we have to do to secure a date?
A $4000 non refundable deposit is taken to secure the date and balance of the wedding payment is due 14 days before the wedding. You are welcome to pay amounts off during this time so there is no one bulk sum payment left at the end.
Is there a curfew?
No – as you have exclusive use of the property there is no other guests to annoy there is no curfew on the music or when your wedding has to end. We still have closeish neighbours though so you will need to be mindful of this as well.
Can you do an organised wedding if we don’t want to DIY?
Yes we are able to organise all of your wedding and setup/packdown/catering etc if you feel you do not have the capacity to do a DIY wedding – this is obviously an additional charge and we would work with our local suppliers to bring together your wedding.
Can we add an extra day of accommodation?
Yes, an additional night can be booked for $1600 before or after the wedding - accommodation and campgrounds available depending on how many guests you have
