Forest Camp and River Camp are ideal venues for larger weddings with a maximum of 100 guests. These two camps are a 5-minute boat cruise a part, both camps are included in this package. Spread between these two camps, we have a variety of different venue options for your reception and ceremony. Within these Camps, a diverse array of venue options await, offering picturesque backdrops for both your ceremony and reception. Sibuya can host weddings all year round subject to availability and a minimum number of nights stay according to the time of the year. This often requires booking at least a year in advance. Sibuya does not charge a venue fee for weddings but does charge a coordination fee if required to help with the planning and coordination. For intimate weddings for up to 50 people Bush Lodge is a superb alternative option. During wedding celebrations, the reserve is exclusively reserved for the celebration, ensuring a tranquil atmosphere free from disruptions for your special day. - Sibuya sleeps 24 adult guests – 16 in Forest Camp and 8 in River Camp and most tents can accommodate up two children sharing as well - Accordingly, couples need to organize that their family and guests take up the balance of the 11 tents in both camps - Our rates are fully inclusive of all meals (excluding the reception dinner), boat transfers to/from camp and all game drives for in house guests - Sibuya chefs can cater for wedding receptions with maximum of 30 guests. Larger weddings are outsourced and not catered for by Sibuya - For weddings larger than 24 adults, accommodation for the balance can be arranged with the numerous B&B’s in Kenton-on-Sea
