At the foot of the magnificent Paardeberg Mountain - named after the Cape MountainZebra that once roamed this beautiful region – in the heart of a largely unspoilt area that is characterised by working farms and sweeping landscapes, you will find Perdeberg Wine Cellar. CEREMONIES Your wedding ceremony can be held on the lawn in front of our Barrel Cellar. The lawn offers beautiful views of the mountains. Due to our restaurant and tasting room being open, ceremonies on site can only start at 4pm and only for weddings of 50 pax and up. OUR WEDDING VENUE THE CHENIN BLANC HALL Seats a maximum of 120 guests with a dancefloor and 150 guests without a dancefloor. With soft grey tones, beautiful ‘talking point’ chandeliers and French windows that lead onto a balcony with landscape views, this venue gives you a blank canvas to create the look and feel you want. Entrance is by a dramatic wooden staircase from below. SUMMER WEDDING PACKAGES Weddings are hosted in our Chenin Blanc Hall. With soft grey tones, beautiful chandeliers and French windows that lead out onto a balcony with landscape views, this venue gives you a blank canvas to create the look and feel you want. In summer times, ceremonies can be held outside on the lawn area. WINTER WEDDING PACKAGES Winter weddings at Perdeberg are breathtaking with the dramatic entrance of our wooden staircase and original wooden cellar door. The Chenin Blanc Hall offers something very special and exclusive, and the venue can be heated for the perfect winter wedding in the Cape winelands.
