We have stayed in lots of hotels, and this is the only one I will allow my kids to walk barefoot on the carpet, that is saying something. Front desk staff were amazing! Every staff member we encountered was happy to be there and made our stay great. We have never stayed at a better hotel. This place is amazing! From check-in to the time we left everyone was great and helpful. The pool is on the 5th floor on the deck. The valets are also wonderful they were friendly, unassuming, and informative. Lennard was one of the best of the staff. He was quite helpful and understanding of my concerns. He made me feel like telling people that if you want a great customer service experience, this hotel is the place. This is a nice hotel with a great staff. From check-in to the time we left everyone was great and helpful. The pool is on the 5th floor on the deck. The valets are also wonderful they were friendly, unassuming, and informative.
