Top notch service. Top notch service.
My wife and I visited LA back in August, we stayed for about a week and Plaza La Reina made our stay absolutely amazing. Troy went out of his way to make our stay amazing in every way. On day 1 we requested a room change, Troy was extremely helpful and accommodating with this, gave us a few rooms to choose from. I even request a romantic surprise for my wife one evening and once again Troy was a huge help. Nothing but amazing things to say about this wonderful place and the top notch service.
