She really put a lot of work and the hotel staff was very accommodating and extremely helpful and courteous. The best birthday ever!!! Moxy NYC DOWNTOWN is the place to be. Hotel was great, views were great and bar in the lobby was a lot of fun. Staff here makes the stay so worth it. They literally bent over backwards to make sure we were comfortable and enjoyed our stay. The hotel is within walking distance to the WTC and 9/11 Memorial. There are also lots of great shops and restaurants in the area. We had one rainy day during our stay so we decided to just hang out at the hotel. We had the BEST time. It was not only to me, but I witnessed the nice treatment for others. It really was beyond my expectations, I had one small issue and they took care of it right away.
