- SSarah07/06/2024Everything was seamlessEverything was seamlessI booked a room block for my wedding, held this past week, and everything was seamless. I had wonderful experiences with the staff, our room was clean, comfortable and well maintained and my guests expressed the same. As someone who booked all of this without the opportunity to see the hotel person prior to the wedding weekend, I was beyond pleased. I think that anyone should feel confident in utilizing the Holiday Inn Downtown Concord for personal travel or a large event...I booked a room block for my wedding, held this past week, and everything was seamless. I had wonderful experiences with the staff, our room was clean, comfortable and well maintained and my guests expressed the same. As someone who booked all of this without the opportunity to see the hotel person prior to the wedding weekend, I was beyond pleased. My now-husband and I got to stay in the honeymoon suite which was the absolutely most perfect combo of rooms/amenities. The bed was very comfortable and the whirlpool tub was so luxurious and helped us unwind. The kitchenette was cute and complete with a little 2-stool bar, and the living room was a great space to hang out in. Plus, we loved the way the suite was decorated and we had a capitol building view...We are SO happy that we chose Holiday Inn Downtown Concord for our wedding stay! Staff was very friendly and the restaurant team served great food and were super courteous also. Hotel was super busy because of a couple big weddings and we didn’t even notice as the staff kept us feeling like we were still a top priority!We enjoyed staying at the hotel.
