The area was pretty nice, prime location near Fisherman’s Wharf and felt safe the entire time. The hotel is near Jones Street where the public transportation runs. I accidentally doubled booked my room, and they allowed us a fill refund, which they didn't have to at all. They have defiently shown the Marriott service. I had special request to make so my stay would be a little more comfortable and without even batting an eyelash these ladies performed above and beyond what was expected. The location is just perfect to see the Fisherman Wharf but not directly down into it which was great when you wanted to get away from the touriest sites. Great walking distance to the Bay Bridge and Orical Park(SF Giants baseball)...Sarah and Jaimme have been wonderful. They have defiently shown the Marriott service. I had special request to make so my stay would be a little more comfortable and without even batting an eyelash these ladies performed above and beyond what was expected. The location is just perfect to see the Fisherman Wharf but not directly down into it which was great when you wanted to get away from the touriest sites. We were so close to pier 39 super quick walk from the hotel. The walk to Ghirardelli square was beautiful and so close. The outside of the hotel is clean but i can’t say the same for some of the surrounding businesses. All of the employees were very kind and helpful. I had a very good and helpful conversation with Harris working valet. He was very nice to talk to even helped with naming some good local places...My wife and i loved our stay here.
