South Farm

We got married at South Farm on 12th July 2024 and really was the most special day I could've asked for. The organization from everyone working at South Farm was next level, I didn’t have time to think or worry about anything, everything was managed so well it allowed us to both just sit back and enjoy the day! The venue was beautiful, the gardens, fields and every room we used/stayed in was just so lovely - I really couldn't fault a thing! The food and drinks were also amazing! I would highly recommend South Farm, I couldn't have imagined getting married anywhere else and will treasure the day forever!

South farm is honestly the best wedding venue. Not only are the grounds absolutely mesmerising but the staff are extremely polite and helpful. They go above and beyond for the couples getting married there and both me and my husband are extremely grateful to them for making our special day one that we will never forget.

South Farm was the absolute perfect venue for us! From booking all the way up to the wedding day, we had unbelievable support from the staff, and felt comfortable to ask any questions regardless of how silly they may be! When looking for a venue, we were initially impressed by South Farm's focus on sustainability, especially with the home grown food and re-wilding land surrounding, which was an excellent location for pictures on the day. We were also very pleased to see a comprehensive price breakdown on the website. This meant we could actually calculate a more accurate cost, as we found many other wedding venues were not upfront about pricing and had many hidden costs. The accomodation was priced separately as well, which we liked as other venues we had been to visit forced us to pay for the rooms even if they were not being used. These combined meant that South Farm allowed us to be much more flexible with what we wanted/needed for our wedding. The venue itself is absolutely beautiful, and we did very minimal decorations as we believe the venue speaks for itself. There are so many areas on the grounds for photo opportunities on the day that it would cater to any couple's personal style. The food was absolutely spectacular, and we were able to choose which food and wine we wanted from the menu tasting, which was also a wonderful evening. Our coordinator for the day, Helen, was absolutely incredible. She made sure the day ran smoothly and was able to help with any issues we encountered (which were barely any!). She also provided suggestions on flower placement and photograph locations, which we really appreciated and demonstrated the incredible expertise and dedication of the staff at South Farm. Overall, we would highly recommend South Farm to other couples, as it really was the perfect venue.

We honestly couldn't recommend South Farm enough! From the beautiful setting to the wonderful, friendly staff to the amazing food they really are faultless. Everything went so smoothly with the help of the South Farm team, nothing was too much trouble and we had the most incredible day as did all of our guests.

This was the first venue we considered for our wedding, and we simply didn’t need to look at any others - our minds were made up at first sight. We loved how everything was managed at the venue, the staff were fantastic through the whole thing.

There is absolutely no place like South Farm. We loved every single second of our incredible wedding day and have nothing but amazing things to say about them. We wouldn’t change a thing. The south farm team were insane, food was insane, planning process was insane and the beauty of our day was just absolutely beyond. We couldn’t have asked for anything more. We’d go back to South Farm everyday! They have our heart and will always be an extended family to us.

This is a little note to say thank you so so much for making our wedding so special-we had the absolute best day, and that it largely thanks to all the lovely, kind and supportive staff as South Farm. We felt so special and relaxed from them the moment we arrived, and with Helen as our co-ordinator on the day, we knew nothing would go wrong- thank you Helen! All our guests loved the venue, the staff, and the food, and we couldn’t agree more!

We just wanted to say a huge thank you to everyone at South Farm for helping us create the wedding of our dreams! At seven months pregnant, planning a wedding should have been an even more stressful process than ever but it wasn’t! Becky was an absolute pleasure to deal with and from the moment we met her, we knew she would be able to bring our intimate wedding dream to life, she understood our priorities and really took the reigns when we couldn’t come to our own decisions on elements of the wedding and helped immensely when I was struggling with baby brain! Evie ensured that the day ran smoothly and all the staff at the farm were beyond incredible and nothing was too much trouble. The food was fabulous and all the little touches such as the lawn games and ice cream cart made our little wedding a really special one. We couldn’t be more grateful to the team for being a part of our story.

From the very first look around South Farm to the end of the wedding day we could not have had been more looked after and enjoyed every minute of it. It is the most beautiful venue and every staff member was fully invested in our day being the best day of our lives. We can’t thank you enough for everything you have done for us and we would recommend it to anyone!

South Farm were absolutely amazing from the day we went to the open house. The staff are so attentive, lovely, welcoming and just the best! The communication was great and it always felt like they went above and beyond for us. All of our friends and family said what a lovely venue it was also. It was truly the best day and we’re so happy we chose South Farm as our wedding venue x
