Description
Located in the heart of Central Croydon in South London, our unique listed building spans three floors of a former printworks, beautifully restored into an exclusive private events venue for hire. With capacity to host between 3 and 300 guests, it is the perfect setting for a variety of events, offering complete flexibility across all floors. Ideal for all setups including dinners, dancing, ceremonies and receptions. Each floor can seat up to 90 guests for dinner and up to 150 for dancing. If opting for the whole venue, 300 can be accommodated. Our venue boasts a late licence until 3am at weekends, allowing your celebration to continue into the early hours, and early starts for events involving a lot of setup. Facilities include great sound-systems and other AV equipment, lighting arrangements, effective heating/cooling for your comfort and kitchen facilities for your external catering (in-house menus also available). Featuring an industrial-luxe aesthetic, the space is filled with quirky features that add character and charm without detracting from your own event design, providing a versatile and unforgettable backdrop for your special occasion.

The staff were calm, organised, and genuinely supportive on the day, which made such a difference. Having the 3am licence meant we could really relax and enjoy the evening without watching the clock. The staff were so friendly and made everything completely stress-free — they were on hand without ever being intrusive. The location is perfect for guests, easy to get to, and the space itself just works so well for a fun night. I had my wedding on the top floor and Hina and Hazel were just AMAZING!!! The help with planning was meticulous (thanks to Hina) and on the day itself Hazel was a total star and made sure I (The bride) didn't have to worry about a thing and that everything ran smoothly, 100% would recommend!Absolutely fantastic venue and fantastic staff!! I had my wedding on the top floor and Hina and Hazel were just AMAZING!!! Thank you for a providing a wonderful venue for our family celebration for which the setting proved to be perfect in size, comfort, homeliness, accessibility and location. Your staff was superb in their care with the efficient layout of tables and chairs and the lights for each table which added to the feeling of homeliness. Everyone had a thoroughly good time and was very impressed with The Venue and loved being there. It made our family gathering to bring together our BritDear Hina and Karen. Describe the best wedding that happened at your venue?
We were so lucky to have Jodie and Jamie celebrating their wedding with us in May. As a florist herself, Jodie really understood how to add to the charm of our beautiful venue, with simple fresh flower arrangements that really complimented the menu styling. Jodie and Jamie opted for a Mexican-themed menu and that was served to the backdrop of a Mariachi band! On the party floor Jodie hired in a huge Neon 'Till Death Do Us Party' sign, which we loved. These guys partied from 3pm to 3am without stopping. We stay in touch with every single couple that celebrated their wedding with us and we see Jodie often, as she is now our recommended florist for the venue.
What is your No.1 wedding planning tip for couples?
Don't compromise your wedding dreams - (almost) anything is possible and we love to offer flexibility in every aspect to ensure every wedding wish can come true.
What’s your favourite personal touch you’ve seen at a wedding?
I cry at every speech - to me, every speech is a work of art, and the most personal of things to be treasured forever.

Have you had any celebrity guest or wedding at your venue?
Every bride is a celebrity.. at least for the day! Tho we did enjoy DJ Luck & MC Neat's set at a recent wedding.
What’s your favourite canapé?
Watermelon, feta, balsamic caviar, micro basil (served up by one of our favourite recommended caterers: 3 Gents)
What’s your favourite midnight treat?
Crispy, fluffy chips with satay sauce

Too many to mention so I would say our amazing team! Every team member loves what they do and it shows.
