At Kimbolton Castle we are proud to offer not only the perfect setting, but also your selected menu prepared to the highest standard. Couples are invited to tie the knot in the State Apartments, which vary in size and character and contain a fine collection of Pellegrini murals. You are certain to enjoy the stunning and tranquil environment of the Castle which dates back to the late Stuart period, the perfect place to say 'I do'.
After the ceremony has taken place, invite your guests to enjoy reception drinks in the Castle Courtyard, with a modern bar and taking in the stunning landscape. The Whitehall is the stunning setting for your Wedding Breakfast, flooded with natural daylight, spectacular features include access to the impressive Portico steps, offering views down the mall and grounds.
The Castle sits in our 120 acres of parkland and fields which include two small lakes, woodland and open areas and, together with the Castle itself, make an idyllic setting for your celebration and a spectacular backdrop for your photographs.
The on-site catering and events team will work with you to create delicious food for your wedding day. Menus are expertly prepared and beautifully presented, giving you and your guests a spectacular dining experience. Every element of the day is bespoke and tailored to your needs, from the more formal wedding breakfast, to theatrical street food, barbecues, canapés and cocktails.
As the sun goes down, it’s time to dance the night away, perhaps even enjoying the courtyard outside and wandering in to the beautiful grounds.
A variety of local accommodation is available in Kimbolton, and the surrounding villages, including the Landmark Trust's 17th Century Warren House, which enjoys fine views of Kimbolton Castle.

Describe the best wedding that happened at Kimbolton Castle?
The Groom arrived by Helicopter, which was dependent on the weather that morning and the Bride arrived by Horse and Carriage. A carousel was booked for the evening, together with fireworks. The perfect ending to a magical day.
