But the piece de resistance are the hosts. Quite outstanding in the normal B&B functions. But that leaves aside their real human interest. Spend a while to have a chat with them and you won't be disappointed. Charming is hardly adequate."

We've just celebrated our eldest son's wedding at this most amazing of venues. If anyone is planning a wedding in the future then look no further than Pentre Mawr. Arriving Friday afternoon, we checked into one of their fantastic safari lodges and just relaxed in the hot tub before the delicious pre wedding family meal. Then Saturday, the wedding, which was seamless. Abi the wedding planner was so professional and personable and made it all look so easy . We were lucky with the weather so the ceremony was conducted outside with the fantastic views but never fear, if raining there's a beautiful marquee in the secret garden. Bre and Graham, the owners, have a wonderful place and should be very proud with what they've achieved. Big thank you to them and Abi.

My husband and I stayed for two nights when visiting from Dubai for my cousins wedding. Above and beyond does not begin to describe the incredible service and kindness we were shown. The tents were beautiful and so unique. The hot tub was such a fun addition. The whole venue is so peaceful and exquisitely kept. I would 100% stay again.

I wanted to thank you all for all the hard work you put into everything. It has honestly been the best weekend and better than how we imagined it to be! The food made by both Bre and Graham absolutely delicious and thank you so much for welcoming us into your home. Nina thank you for answering my constant messages and calls, and calming my anxieties. Abbie has been fantastic this weekend, she has an art for knowing when she's needed and has a special way of keeping people calm. The guests have been messaging constantly telling me know amazing the venue has been and we've had such good weather to show it off! Everything has just been beautiful! Thank you!

Here for a friends wedding. It's a beautiful hidden gem. Grounds are amazing and very well maintained. Staff were really nice and polite through out.

I can't recommend Pentre Mawr enough! If you are looking for the perfect wedding venue then honestly look no further. There are multiple things that really appealed to us about the venue and I will try to explain these a little bit below: - Its absolutely beautiful! Set in the Welsh hills, its surrounded by stunning countryside and before the party starts all you can hear is birdsong. - We were given absolute freedom to make the day our own, and have anything that was important to us. For us, it was really important that our dogs could come with us for the weekend, and they were even able to come down the aisle (thank goodness they behaved!) We also had total freedom to choose any supplier we desired with no extra cost. This allows you to make sure everything is just how you want. - We booked our wedding in the height of covid but I have to say, we always felt extremely secure that the wonderful team of Bre and Graham would look after us and guide us through whatever the world chose to throw at us. - The full wedding weekend allows your nearest and dearest to come and settle in on the Friday night. This really means on the Saturday that you can relax and enjoy the day, safe in the knowledge everyone is rested from travelling and are ready for the fun to really start. Really and truly we had the best day of our lives and can't thank these amazing people enough for their part in it.

Fantastic venue for a wedding! The whole weekend was brilliant from start to finish! We got married here at the end of June and so glad we picked this place. All the staff are very helpful running up to the day and extremely helpful on the day. The bonus Friday evening meal really makes the weekend special and also helped us relax before the big day (The food on the Friday was amazing too!) The team helped ensure everything ran smoothly on the day and we felt very looked after. We got so many positive compliments on our day for the the venue and staff. The set up of being able to choose your own vendors also massively helps you to create a unique day of your own. We'd recommend this place to anyone wanting to gey married!

What an incredible place! We enjoyed our wedding here last weekend and it was the most special location to host our big day! Thank you to the whole team for making our weekend so perfect!

Myself and husband got married here 16.07.22 and we couldn't recommend it enough!!! Bre and Graham are such wedding people and it makes such a difference to the planning of wedding and the day. Abbie and nina are just perfect un every way from planning to the day after the wedding. Honestly even to the finest of details.. perfect. Every member of staff we meet while there were so polite and kind. Each person took the time to talk to u and ask us how we were and how it went on with the day. To put it simply... don't bother looking any where else for you wedding. Just book here! The grounds are to die for, every where you look there is an amazing view, we had so many comments on the amazing views and amazing venue. The accommodation for our family and friends was brilliant, it was great to have the closest friends and family in one place. We all loved where we stayed. And I particularly loved the bridal walled garden the morning on the wedding. Watching people going taking there seats from thw bathroom window without being seen was fantastic!! Bre and Graham thank you so much for having us ❤️ and sorting out the line up! You guys make this venue so very special and we will certainly be staying again in the future. Nina thank you foe putting up with the text and questions constantly. Abbie... just thank you!!!! You calmness on the day of the wedding was catching!! So organised, kind, and helpful. I can't put into words how amazing you all are. We wish we could relive every moment again

We had an absolutely brilliant wedding weekend and couldn’t have been happier with it being at Pentre Mawr! Everything was fabulous, even the weather! And Bre, Graham and the team were so helpful all weekend, helping make it the perfect wedding for us.
