Describe the best wedding that happened at Ballyscullion Park?
The ceremony took place in the Strawberry Garden in May with apple blossom, birdsong and a harpist setting the scene. Garden games and champagne on the lawn were followed by a delicious dinner, and at night the garden was illuminated by coloured lighting as guests gathered around the blazing fire-pit and watched a fabulous firework display.
What is your No. 1 wedding planning tip for couples?

What’s your favourite personal touch you’ve seen at a wedding?
A double-sided his-and-hers cake. Tractors on one side and ski-slope on the other.
