- MMelissa11/02/2023Unpleasant experience during wedding viewing Unpleasant experience during wedding viewingBooked to go see this venue as it was in the top two on our list, we booked with plenty of notice for our viewing Was really excited to go see it but unfortunately the experience was anything but pleasant We were treated by a gentleman who made comments about our chosen wedding date/year and insinuated that it wasn’t quick enough for his liking which made us feel pressured to bring it forward The show around tour of the venue was very limited, wasn’t shown around the venue was just directed to a seating area to discuss further and when asking questions we were made to feel that our downsize small intimate wedding wasn’t big enough for the planner in question We tried to ask about negotiations and movement on items available as not all were our preferences/liking or just not needed and was met with blunt and rude comments. While waiting to talk us we were abandoned half way through our appointment for a substantial amount of time around 20 minutes which didn’t make us feel very valued as a potential client/customers. And generally we’re made to feel very unwelcome and inconvenient for the planner/venue in question. The experience was not at all like we had imagined and left feeling very disappointed and frustrated that our wedding didn’t seem good enough to deserve consideration and a good appointment. Overall just left feeling very disappointed as it was one of the two top options but after the treatment we had received we would not recommend it.
