Bassmead Manor Barns

We got married at Bassmead Manor Barns last week and it was an absolutely perfect day. We cannot speak highly enough of Bassmead. The venue is stunning, rustic, warm, cosy, and so pretty with all the fairy lights. It is the perfect place to get married and have your reception all in one place. The Rickety Barn is beautiful and as soon as we saw it on a show-round we knew that was the place we wanted to get married. But Bassmead would not be the same without the staff - Annette, our co-ordinator, we cannot ever thank you enough. You have been an absolute pleasure to have planned our wedding with, from giving us advice, helping us with suppliers, keeping us organised and on track and helping us think of things we would never have thought of ourselves. On the day you were the one to ensure everything ran smoothly, from the minute me, my mum and bridesmaids arrived to get ready until the end of the night. You are an amazing person and helped keep our wedding day stress free and running smoothly. We are so grateful that you were our co-ordinator and you played a huge part in our day. Everything at Bassmead was incredible - the food, the staff and the venue itself including Dove cottage and Appletree Cottage so that our family could stay the night and have a delicious breakfast the next day. We didn't want to leave the morning after our wedding and Bassmead will have a very special place in our hearts for the rest of our lives.

Bassmead is an absolutely stunning venue. When I first visited two years ago I immediately fell in love and knew I had to get married there. The food and drink were delicious and the staff were super attentive. Zak did a fantastic job coordinating our day and everything ran very smoothly. We were able to sit back and enjoy our day knowing that everything was taken care of, for this I will be forever grateful. We had such an amazing day and could not recommend Bassmead enough!

An instant venue to fall in love with, the long entrance drive to the walk over the bridge, the stunning gardens and no need to decorate, this venue speaks for itself. The day ran so smoothly, the staff were all super friendly. The food was delicious so many guests commenting on how amazing their food was! Can honestly say we couldn't of dreamt of a better day. Was truly magical♥️

We had the perfect wedding here. The staff were always so helpful and quick at responding before the big day and on the day our wedding coordinator, Leah, ensured the day ran smoothly and went to plan. The food was delicious and was presented very well. The venue is beautiful and so peaceful. I would recommend this venue to anyone looking for somewhere to get married, from the moment we saw it we both wanted to get married there and we're so pleased we made that decision. I wouldn't have wanted to get married anywhere else.

Me and my wife got married here 20/1/18 the staff were lovely and very helpful and the venue is just amazing. Charlotte was amazing and just helped made are day even more special. We couldn’t ask for a better place. Thank you to all the staff

We had the most INCREDIBLE wedding at Bassmead Manor Barns! We can’t even begin to thank Hayley and all the team that worked so hard to make the day perfect for us! Everything ran beautifully smooth and all our guests had such a wonderful time. The venue was absolutely stunning, the food was delicious, all the support/guidance we received when planning and on the actual day was amazing! Thank you again for the best day of our lives! We have just had our beautiful November wedding at Bassmead and cant thank Jenny and the team enough for such a fantastic day. It was perfect from start to finish and the food was absolutely delicious, we had so many compliments. The barn looked stunning and Jenny and the team couldn't do enough to make sure it all ran perfectly. You really can't pick a more fabulous venue. Thank you Jenny and the team!
