Situated in the quaint village of Banham, one of Norfolk’s best-kept secrets Applewood Hall offers an undeniably unique wedding venue for your special day.
Once the grounds of Grove Farm orchard, Applewood Hall served as the apple store during harvest season. Now an elegantly decorated entertaining space, it offers a licensed bar, dance floor, stage and seating for up to 200 guests. Applewood Hall is a harmonious combination of rustic charm and contemporary style.
Accommodation is available onsite with 6 cosy Glamping Pods and 5 luxury en-suite Shepherd's Cabins providing the perfect retreat after a long night on the dancefloor. Spacious camping pitches with electric hook-up are also offered allowing you and your guests to retire to your very own patch of the countryside.
And if that wasn’t enough, Applewood Hall is located next to Banham Zoological Gardens, Norfolk's award-winning family attraction, so if you fancy something a little bit different whether it’s a giraffe feeding experience, a ceremony within the zoo grounds or photos with some of the stunning animals – anything is possible!

Thank you all for being so welcoming, supportive and just on top of everything and making sure our day went as perfect as it did.Absolutely amazing venue. We would not recommend any other venue if you're looking for the opportunity to make it your own and have the reassurance and guidance of a fantastic wedding coordinator!The team at Applewood Hall were fantastic through the whole process, took the extra time to make sure we had all the small details planned. Chloe showed us around, she was so friendly and excited by our ideas that we really felt we could trust her to plan our day. Our whole day was planned to perfection and the food was incredible. We were able to decorate the venue exactly how we wanted and were really happy with how it turned out. With the pretty ceremony room, spacious hall and full bar with a big dance floor it was just what we were looking for. Having the enclosed garden too was reassuring with having small children at our day. Chloe and the team made it all so easy, we had it all as we wanted.
