Replying to your initial enquiry quickly and in detail so you know exactly what to expect - keeping in contact whenever necessary in the lead up to the wedding to ensure that every detail is a covered - touching base a few days before the big day to reassure you and check if anything has changed with times, etc - arriving in plenty of time on the day and being on hand throughout to ensure everything goes without a hitch.
