The Lucky Sixpence

Part way through the designing and making process for one of our bespoke customers, she sent us an email with a photo of the detail on her shoes. She was so excited about them and asked if we could incorporate the swirl pattern on them into her piece. We agreed and found the most perfect vintage parts that echoed the swirl perfectly. For her the smallest detail was so important and she was thrilled that we were able to include it in her comb.

We still pinch ourselves when we see photos of brides wearing our creations. As everything is made by hand lots of love, time and energy goes into each piece and we feel truly honoured to be able to create something unique for you to wear on what is one of the most special days of your life.

Choose what you want not what you think will make everyone else happy - it is your day!

We love weddings where there are personal touches - it reflects the bride and grooms personality.

I have met many brides who know exactly what they want but on the other hand I've met plenty who say 'I don't really know what I want in my hair'. For those brides who are not so sure what to go for I take inspiration from your dress, the overall styling of your big day and what is important to you about your wedding. If possible we can meet somewhere to suit you and you can try on our range of ready to buy items and narrow down what you would like to the smallest detail like the finish on the crystals or diamantes. If we can not meet in person we can have a consultation via Skype or email. Once I get a sense of your style and look, I would go away, find materials, create possible lay outs and send you photos. After discussing with you what you like we will then start constructing your unique piece! For those brides who know what they would like I will source the materials to make it and send photos of work in progress so that you can be fully involved in how your finished piece looks. Alternatively if you have a cherished item of jewellery that you would like to have included in your wedding but may not necessarily want to wear it as it is, we can use it to create something new that can be worn on your big day.
