My name is Nicola Kelleher and I am a qualified, independent celebrant, based in Central London. I aim to make your wedding ceremony, perfect and I work closely with brides and grooms, to ensure that you have everything you want to include for your special day. I am a professional television presenter and actress as well as a published author. I am an award-winning writer and have worked in the wedding industry for over sixteen years. I can create and conduct beautiful, elegant, and fully customisable wedding, vow renewal and civil partnership ceremonies, baby naming and family ceremonies, almost anywhere in the world. I have conducted wedding ceremonies in some of the most exclusive wedding venues in London.

Best celebrant ever

Nicola is an awesome celebrant. We hired her very last minute for our wedding in June this year and she created a plan for our day much like a wedding planner does. She helped us with seating, poems and the delivery script. She even had some acting tips for my nephew as he wanted to do a reading he had wrote himself. Cheers Nic you are brilliant!

What is your most memorable wedding?

A wedding I created for someone which also incorporated a baby naming ceremony, was both delightful, fun and memorable. The children got involved with a sand ceremony and members of the local church sang. It was a beautiful day for a lovely couple.

What about your business are you most proud of?

I am most proud of the fact that many of the couples I now conduct ceremonies for, were guests at previous weddings. I work very much so on recommendations and word of mouth.

What is your No. 1 wedding planning tip for couples?

Do not take on too much - delegate, key players love to help so do ask.

What is your favourite personal touch you have seen at a wedding?

The most personal touch I have seen at a wedding was a jar for guests to put wishes and prayers into that could later be read over when times get tough. Marriage can get tough and it is important to remember how and why you got there in the first place.
