What is your most memorable wedding?
The themes was animals. The bride worked as a designer and had created all of these cardboard 3D animal masks. It was surreal and spectacular to see all of the guests wearing these various masks, particularly when they were dancing with them on. There was everything from baboons, elephants, rabbits, dogs and hippos in the crowd. It was incredible!

What is your No. 1 wedding planning tip for couples?
Remember that this is your day. You only plan on doing it once, so make sure you craft it to reflect who you are as a couple.
What is your favourite personal touch you have seen at a wedding?
The couple were Lord of the Rings obsessed. They came dressed as elves and their wedding cake had the cutest elvish couple sit on top of Middle Earth.
Describe your typical process with a couple.
My typical process is:
We meet, either online or in person to have an initial consultation. An informal chat about you, your day, ideas.
Following the consultation, I send out couple's questionnaires. You can choose to do this with me online if it makes it easier, but I encourage couples to give their answers some thought as I will use this to begin crafting their script.
Six weeks before the big day, I will send across a draft script for you to approve. This is where you can decide on any amendments, if you feel anything is missing and let me know what you love. You may wish to keep this as a surprise and not know.
Dependent on if you wish to have a rehearsal, this can be arranged. I am always on hand to support with vows or any possible readings you may wish to include.
On the day of your wedding, I will always arrive at least an hour before your ceremony is to commence to ensure everything is ready.
After the ceremony, I am happy to help and love to meet with your guests and by this time, we will have come to know each other so well and feel like lifelong friends.
What is the most unusual thing you’ve been asked to plan?
I have been asked to include an entrance like a wrestler... awesome!
How do you ensure a stress-free wedding?
By ensuring that I do not let the noise of other people's opinions drown out my own voice. This is your day. Remember why you are doing it and have fun.
What do you love most about your job?
Meeting all of the wonderful couples, writing and sharing their story.
What is your favourite moment at a wedding?
A bride's brother managed to get to the wedding and surprised her. He was serving in the Army and she had thought that he was not able to get leave, but on the day, there he was. It was very emotional and absolutely gorgeous.
