Creating Memories

The proposal was made and accepted. Now the fun begins with the planning of your special day. The days, weeks, months leading up to the actual ceremony should be fun! These are the moments that you will look back on, in years to come, and cherish. You deserve the best and most wonderful day of your life . A day full of love, laughter and precious memories that you can share with those that mean the most to you. So when planning your day think about what is most important to you both. I'm sure for each couple it means different things. For some it's all about the party, but for others it's about declaring your love for one another and sharing these intimate moments with family and friends. Many couples choose to follow a traditional wedding script but where the vows are more personal to them. Some couples also include a form of symbolism, e.g Handfasting - the origin of 'Tying the Knot', to add to the celebration of the coming together of two people. This can be a lovely and memorable part of the ceremony and can be performed either as a couple or also involve children, family or friends. Perhaps you don't want to be restricted to only approved venues and would like to have your ceremony by a lake, in a field, in your garden or even under the stars. Whether your style is Grand, Intimate, Elegant, Rustic, Boho, Chic - your wedding day it is all about you and your dreams for your future together, so have the ceremony that you want in a way that is meaningful and true to you as a couple. It can be as traditional as you wish or you can be dressed as a Disney character! I will work closely with you to ensure that you have the day that you want. I can help with the planning and coordination on the day, and I am always available to offer help, support and inspiration. Being able to write your wedding script and then to be able to conduct your ceremony is such an honour and enjoyable part of what I do!
