Katrina Otter was absolutely outstanding on our wedding day. She went completely above and beyond her call of duty. She performs not only specified and implied tasks but tasks we didn't even consider with utmost professionalism. On a personal level she has been there for me when things have gone very wrong during the planning stages, offering a very distressed Bride her time, emotional support and ensuring that all mishaps were resolved! Katrina Otter completely deserves this award, amazing!!!!

I will 100% recommend Katrina to anyone looking for a Wedding Planner. She gave us confidence in our choices & guided us every step of the way, achieving our dream wedding. Katrina included my husband & helped him with his own little surprise touches, she was patient and thoughtful with us both, especially in the lead up to the big day. I was so nervous when I arrived at the venue on the day, seeing her face as I got out of the car instantly calmed my nerves. She is fun, professional, awesome!

Quite simply we could not have done our wedding without Kat. The owners of the venue were extremely difficult (huge understatement) and as a result would have ruined our wedding day without Kat. We can't thank her enough for her insight, her support, her technical knowledge and above all just offering a level of confidence that is second to none. She is organised to the nth degree, she is punctual and she always gets back to you quickly. She's everything I imagine a wedding planner should be.

I cannot sing Katrina's praises highly enough. As a bit of a control freak myself and someone who has experience of working in events there aren't many people I would trust to coordinate my wedding but I trusted Katrina completely! From our first communication she took the time to understand our needs and consistently offered a pro-active, extremely personal and supportive service. She went above-and-beyond in all aspects of her job and our day was just perfect as a result. Katrina is the best!

I am a self-confessed control freak and I would not entrust our big day" to many people - Katrina took over on the day and I felt totally free to enjoy myself knowing that she would take care of the inevitable hiccups that would crop up. I can't describe in words how fantastic Katrina is! Start to finish so professional, always going the extra mile. Very sensitive when managing a budget of a rather non traditionally funded wedding. She kept me calm throughout and took away all the stresses leaving me with all the fun lovely bits of the planning. She has a fantastic energy and creative eye yet was realistic throughout ensuring we achieved the most amazing day without comprising our budget! She's a great support, mad not to have.

Katrina Otter was critical to the success of our wedding. I was a bride who was planning her wedding from 4000 miles away in Nashville, Tennessee. My fiancé, Charles, and I wanted to get married in the UK as I was born and raised in Cambridgeshire, and having our wedding in the village where I went to Church as a child, and being home where all of my family still lives, was so important to us both. Katrina became an extension of me, my partner in planning everything for our special day.

From our first meeting, Katrina demonstrated a clear understanding of our needs,impressive organisational skills, flexibility and ultimately expertise in her role. When the lead in time to my wedding was drastically reduced, Katrina offered even greater support and helped secure us a photographer. She helped me with everything from timelines to setting up the marquee.I was so happy to see Katrina when I arrived at Church, knowing she had everything in hand allowed me to relax and enjoy the day.

Katrina went completely above what was expected; ensuring I was supported in the lead up to the wedding. Katrina made some great suggestions to help the running on the day. During the preparation Katrina was willing to help wherever was needed. On the day, I didn't have to worry about ANYTHING. Katrina remained calm, dealt with all the dramas, ensured everything ran smoothly and meant I could enjoy every minute. Katrina worked incredibly hard and ensured the wedding was a perfect event!
