Suzi Photography

I am writing this review on behalf of my sister who was married last February 2019. She spent more on the photography than her own wedding dress as she was so excited for the photographs and the memories. She had an awful experience with Suzi. She did not send the photographs until 4 months after the wedding, with zero communication and it made my sister really stressed. She finally received the photographs after threatening legal action.

Suzi has vanished off the face of the earth. She has been paid £1200 for wedding photos back from November! Ignoring messages and has an international dial tone when we call. Said we would have them by end of January - devastated.

Again I would give NO stars if I could. She has lied to us multiple times about getting our photographs and we still don't have them. Communication is non existent and hasn't replied to us in weeks. We have no idea if or when we're going to receive our wedding photos. A poor experience is an understatement. Very upset and angry.

Unprofessional, rude a liar and a child. She does not abide by her own contract, then accuses us of harassment when we simply want our pictures which ended up being 2 months late. On the day she was rude to my Uncle and mother and did not know how to manage guests. Frankly will never recommend this person

If I could give no stars I would, I would truly advise against using Suzi for any of your special occasions. We hired her as our wedding photographer in April 2019. Unprofessional, rude, poor communication, uses her personal life as an excuse and ignores clients for weeks on end! Failed to provide images in the time stated in the contract. The service I received from her made what should have been a happy occasion of receiving our wedding images a nightmare. We were extremely stressed and unsure if we would ever get them back. Suzi lied multiple times and said she will provide the images by a certain date or has already sent them and they never materialise. I even provided our own USB for her to send the images back only to be met with false promises. It was only a formal threat of beginning legal proceedings that eventually made her send us the images. This was after double the amount of time stated in our contracts. I would not recommend her service to anyone. It is a shame because the images are lovely, but the service is beyond shocking that it ruined the whole experience of getting them. Please do not use for your wedding, use someone who is deserving of photographing your special day!

Suzi is a fantastic photographer. I first met her this spring for our engagement photo shoot and we pretty much ended up spending the whole day with her, shooting at two different locations and going out for lunch. My now husband and I are both not huge fans of getting pictures taken - we feel awkward and don't really know what to do :D but Suzi made us feel so comfortable by giving us directions and getting us to talk about how we met and our plans for the wedding. The end result is amazing - our engagement pictures look so natural and not forced at all. I will treasure these photos forever and everyone I have shown them too was incredibly impressed and asked who the photographer was. She then also photographed our wedding this summer. It was so good to be able to relax on the day and not have to worry about whether there are going to be good photos of everything, I had complete confidence and trust in her and I wasn't disappointed, the pictures are so so beautiful. She also brought a second shooter to the wedding (who was also very lovely and helpful) and helped some of my bridesmaids out with hair and make up spontaneously. In summary, Suzi is an incredible photographer that brings such a positive energy with her and is also a really lovely person. I will definitely be recommending her to my friends and using her again whenever the next exciting thing happens in my life that needs to be documented! :D Thanks Suzi xxxx
