My husband and I were lucky enough to have Paul and Viv travel a great distance to photograph our wedding in San Francisco. Anyone who has seen Paul's work knows how incredibly talented he is and the photos that he and Viv took at our wedding exceeded what we could have hoped for. He had some great suggestions about types of photos he wanted to take (such as guests arriving) that I never would have thought of but turned out were some of my favourite pictures from the day. While the quality and beauty of his photos speak for themselves, one thing that needs to be mentioned is just how personable he and Viv were. They blended effortlessly with our guests and were the easiest people to be around. He made it so easy to relax in front of the camera. On such a stressful day it is so important to be surrounded by warm and easy-going people and that is exactly what Paul and Viv brought to our day.

I cannot praise Paul enough !! He is so friendly, welcoming and up for a laugh, nothing is too much trouble for him. Communication was faultless. As for the wedding pictures themselves, breath taking !!! Paul has such a talent. Hundreds of natural and posed pictures we can treasure forever, we can’t wait to share them with our families. I can not recommend Paul and his wife enough, brilliant from start to finish. Thank you !!

Myself and my husband would like to thank Paul for delivering such excellent photos. Before the big day he was easily contactable and responded to messages the same day. On the wedding day he was on time, well dressed and super chill (but professional). He was efficient with time and got all the shots we wanted and more but didn’t hassle us and use up all our time as he knew we wanted to be with our guests. He is friendly and his communication cannot be faulted. The photos were fantastic we couldn’t be happier with them they really captured the day and what a blast everyone had. What can I say? Paul was absolutely fantastic from word go. Initial communication was spot on, any questions or queries I had he was helpful and genuine. He talked me through exactly what we wanted and made the process easy. When we met Paul and Viv on our engagement shoot we instantly felt calm and comfortable around them, they are so professional and personable! On the big day Paul was fantastic. He was attentive and nothing was too much for him. When we received our photos we were totally blown away, we couldn't be more pleased. We would highly recommend Paul Aston Photography. Paul and his wife did a fantastic job with our wedding photos, they were so welcoming and very flexible as my plans kept changing due to covid! Photos look absolutely beautiful. I can’t thank them enough for making our day so special and memorable!

We were married on 16.07.21. We had this date saved for 2+ years and were determined for that not to change! Like many, the pandemic made our wedding planning so difficult and we were let down many times! The photographer we originally had booked cancelled on us last minute leaving us with little over a month to spare, that's when I found Paul through instagram searches and fell in love with his page/style! I reached out to him and knew from his response he'd be super friendly! (Also felt we got super lucky as he was available for our date!) Our wedding was intimate with 16 family members at our local registry office, followed by a chilled garden party at our house - Pauls COVID package was perfect to match what we wanted meaning he could capture our ceremony from start-finish! Great contact and organisation leading up to our day too! Meeting Paul on my wedding day was so lovely, he fit right in! No pressure, no awkwardness or introductions really needed making everyone feel super comfortable and relaxed. Key moments that we wanted capturing were done so beautifully/naturally and the photo gallery we received back (very quickly too!) was more than we could have imagined! Paul made me super happy on my wedding day, we've simply fallen in love with all our photos and look forward to seeing more of Pauls work in the future - definitely wouldn't hesitate to use him again for any photos we have wanted to be taken! Paul is AMAZING!! I honestly couldn't recommend a friendlier, more professional and calm photographer!! From the moment I first enquired if Paul was available he was great. He answered any questions or queries and we had. We expressed how we always feel slightly awkward in front of the camera and he put our mind at ease and promised he would do everything he could to make us relax and he kept to his word. Paul mixed with ALL our guests so well and the pictures are incredible. The pictures speak for themselves.

We are so happy that we hired Paul to be our wedding photographer. Paul quickly put us at ease on our engagement shoot and it was good to get to know each other before the big day. Paul arrived early on the wedding day and took lots of opportunities for before pictures and hidden moments, as he continued for the rest of the day, capturing some truly magical and memorable moments. As the day progressed, it was more like he was a guest we had invited to share our special day with. We felt he took the time to understand us and what we value and the photos reflect this - he even managed a photo of our crazy hound! The only thing we would do if it we did it again would be to have his second photographer so we could capture other moments of our guests that we might have missed due to the day going so quickly for us! I'm amazed by the variety and quality of the photos that one can person take! It is incredibly impressive! We loved our photos, his companionship and the captured moments we will treasure forever. Paul is a very talented photographer with an eye for detail and composition. We will be forever grateful, thanks Paul.

Just WOW!! Paul and his wife are just wonderful, from the minuet they arrived they were helpful and just fitted in around the madness. We had such a laugh and we were at ease the whole time. Me and my husband can be rather awkward when it comes to having our picture taken and Paul made us both feel so comfortable. The wedding day is just one massive blur.....Paul has managed to catch so many little things about the day, that would have other whys been missed and forgotten. We are just over the moon. I highly recommend Paul, you wont be disappointed. Thank you SO SO much! :)
