Describe your style in 5 adjectives.
Creative, fun, colourful, unique, timeless
What about your business are you most proud of?
That I started when I was just 17 with a dream and I've never looked back since!
What is your No. 1 wedding planning tip for couples?
Don't let any one tell you both what you can and can't do - it's your day, your way!
What is your favourite personal touch you have seen at a wedding?
Personalized napkins with random facts about the couple was cute!
Describe your typical process with a couple.
I always like to invite couples for a consultation before booking (if we haven't already met before of course). These can be held at my Studio in Swaffham, a local coffee shop or over the phone. That way you as a couple can make sure I'm the right fit for your special day. A photographer is with you for such an important, intimate day so I feel it's important for you to meet me or have a chat over the phone to see if we click first!
If you've then decided I'm the one for you, then yay! The next step would be to book in by paying your deposit and confirming all your important details for securing me for your day.
Closer to the wedding day, I'll then be in touch to go over all your timings for the day in better detail (you'll know all the important bits from your venue by then too). That way it's crystal clear on where I need to be and when on your wedding day to capture all the things I need!
What do you recommend for a rainy day wedding?
Aside from having plenty of white or clear brollies to hand out to guests... my other advice would be to embrace it! Don't let it dampen your day... you'll see from my examples, couple shots in the rain can look EPIC!
Describe how you got into photography.
I've loved photography since I could remember... teachers use to pull me out of lessons in high school to do anything that needed photographing at school. My interest grew and although I went on to study it at A Levels at two collages, nothing taught me more than getting out there at 17, taking on my own photography studio (which I still have and run) and learning as I went!
