What do you recommend for a rainy day wedding?
Everyone dreams of a beautiful sunny day to enjoy the outdoors in as much as the photographer but English weather is not always so obliging :) If it's just showers we will head for some cover while looking out for the precious breaks in rain and if it's light drizzle, well that is what cute and quirky umbrellas are just calling out for! Sometimes heavy rain is just that and we'll take advantage of a beautiful indoor venue you have chosen for your backup like your home but whatever comes your way, just go for it and enjoy your day! ♥
Describe how you got into photography.
My dad was an avid amateur photographer and photographed everyone in the family over and over again. I saw the world through her eyes when I looked at the photographs my parents had on the wall. He captured our lives for us and we treasured those moments even more because we could see them. Photographs are like windows into the past and for me that’s where the magic lies. Great photography is a wonderful gift to future generations. It was those years spent looking at my father’s photographs that first sparked my own interest in photography. Dad was very much drawn to family portraiture and my mum inspired my love of landscapes as he sees the beauty in everything outdoors.
