What is your most memorable wedding?
Mark - My most memorable wedding was Gavin & Sarah's wedding in Gisburn forrest in Lancashire in the September of 2023 They pretty much did everything themselves and it was amazing! It was such a wonderful and unique wedding that really reflected the couple. There were stilt walkers, fire breathers and a stage set up in the woods similar to a music festival. It was such a good day!
Tom - My most memorable wedding was George and Marianna's wedding in Hackney. I had such a wonderful time. They were so relaxed, fun, and full of love, which made capturing their day an absolute joy. Every candid moment was filled with genuine happiness and emotion, and it was truly special to witness. I’m so grateful I got to be a part of their beautiful celebration.

Make sure your wedding venue has somewhere for group shots! It always makes it easier if there is somewhere like a garden or outside area with natural light. It really elevates the finished photos.
What is your favourite personal touch you have seen at a wedding?
I've been to several weddings now where the bride and groom have taken the time out to write personal notes to all of the guests, normally at the table during the meal. I'm always amazed at how thoughtful that is and how much effort they have gone to.
Describe your typical process with a couple.
It normally starts with a Skype call and an informal chat. It's nice to hear about the couples wedding plans, how they met and getting an idea of who they are as people. We can also see if we're a good fit for their day. If they decide to go ahead, we'll send an invoice for the deposit and get them booked in. we'll keep in touch and send them a questionnaire to fill out with all of the relevant info about the day. Then the day before I'll check in to make sure everything is good to go and that there are no last minute changes. Then on the day we'll get there early have a chat with the couple then basically blend into the background for the whole day and try to be as invisible as possible. We find were able to capture the most authentic and natural results this way. We'll stay until about half an hour after the first dance, say good bye to the couple and head home. From there We'll start to edit the Photos and usually aim to have them completely finished and turned around anywhere from 1 to 2 months depending on the time of year and quantity of work.
