My name is Anna Kunst and I am a full time professional photographer based in London, happy to travel far and wide for my work. Photography is my absolute passion and I like to think of myself as a creative storyteller. My style is reportage, also known as wedding photojournalism which means I discreetly photograph the story of your day as it happens with minimal staging or intervention of any kind. It is my job to capture as many dimensions of your wedding as possible, from the smallest detail to the grandest moments. The resulting images are spontaneous and genuine and show the story of the day unfolding as it happens. I genuinely thrive on the the romance, the tears and the laughter, the overal beauty of a wedding, especially those genuine, candid moments.
As an ex-wedding planner myself I am familiar with and understand all the ins and outs and stresses of a wedding, and enjoy being with you the entire day from the initial preparations to the first dance and beyond. I aim to blend discreetly into the background, and only take charge where required for group shots etc.
Originally Dutch, I have lived in the UK for more years than I care to admit to! I was brought up in various countries as a child and so speak five European languages which is a great help for work I do abroad or communicating with foreign guests.I have worked variously as a book editor, music manager, wedding planner and for many years now as a photographer - and I've never been happier. I have a wonderful daughter who is now studying graphics at Bournemouth. I graduated from Kings College with a BA Hons degree in languages (surprise surprise!) and studied photography at the RACC in London, graduating with distinction.
If the above sounds like what you are looking for then please don't hesitate to contact me and we can discuss your needs, budget (yes, I can be flexible) and take it from there!
With best wishes for your special day,
Anna
