No awkward posing. No forced smiles. Just the real, joyful story of your wedding day — photographed naturally.
Hi, I’m Andy — a Buckinghamshire-based wedding photographer with a documentary approach. I specialise in relaxed, honest photography that lets you enjoy every moment, while I quietly capture the ones you'll never want to forget.
From big moments to small glances, I photograph your day as it really happens. My goal? To give you timeless images filled with real connection, not staged perfection.

My most memorable wedding was Cat & Ed's wedding at Broadhaven Bay in Belmullet County Mayo. It was my first destination wedding and first opportunity to use a beach for wedding photos!

I'm proud of the amazing moments I have captured for 100+ happy couples.
I advise my couples not to plan too many formal group shots. Formal group shots can take up to 5 mins per group as it always takes time to gather wedding guests for the photos. I recommend limiting the group shot list to around 10 groups max.
My favourite personal touch at a wedding was a wedding cake which truly represented the couple - it was a stunning cake featuring elements of Lord of the Rings and Game of Thrones in the design.
I normally arrange a meeting or a Zoom consultation to discuss you wedding plans and talk you through my wedding packages and range of wedding albums. Following this if the couple would like to make a booking I require a £300 deposit and a contract to be signed and returned.
Some of my wedding packages come with a pre-wedding shoot. This is organised midweek Mon-Thurs closer to the time of the wedding and allows me to get to know the couple so that they can be as relaxed as possible on the wedding day itself - resulting in beautiful, natural wedding photos.
After the wedding you will receive your photos in an online gallery typically 4-6 weeks after the wedding day.
The majority of my work is documentary style photography however I would still recommend time is taken on a few portraits with the couple. I aim to keep these as fun and natural as possible.
The most original photo is probably a shot from Fran and Malc's Game of Thrones themed wedding. I almost always take a group shot of my couple with all their guests. Fran and Malc's wedding was slightly unique as Malc was wielding a sword and holding it aloft for the photo!
You can still get stunning wedding photos on a wet day. A white umbrella for the bride and rainbow coloured umbrellas for bridesmaids can look fab!
I was a self-employed web designer and wanted to offer an extra service, so I learned photography. I soon started photographing weddings, sporting events, and gigs and haven't looked back!
