Personable, Passionate, Professional, Precise, Punctual
What about your business are you most proud of?
Our overall ethos of wanting to deliver the best product to our clients. We take time to create exciting medleys and mashups which differentiate us from your bog standard function band. Equipment is also very important to us. We have a very high-quality PA system where we control the sound via iPad and we've invested a lot into our lighting system which all works in sync to the music. We also own a haze machine which really brings the whole thing to life.
What is your No. 1 wedding planning tip for couples?
Don't have the bar and the dancefloor in separate rooms. It often creates a disjointed evening where half the party (or more) are chatting away in the bar whilst the rest are trying to get the party going on the dancefloor. The tighter you can get everyone, the more fun you'll have.
Describe your typical process with a couple.
Upon signing an agreement, we require a 20% deposit to secure the booking. We'll then send across a Coordination sheet to be completed and returned no later than 3 weeks prior to the Wedding. In the meantime we'll work with our client in ensuring the song choices are perfect for the night.
What makes a romantic first dance?
You Are The Best Thing - Ray Lamontagne
What is your number one floor-filler?
We do a medley that goes from 'Uptown Funk' into 'Ghostbusters' into 'Everybody' - Backstreet Boys. That always kicks off. Or we go from 'Happy' into 'Here Comes The Hot Steppa' into Rudimental (Waiting all Night). We have so many medleys that work so well.
