Describe your typical process with a couple.

I will respond to any enquiries within 48 hours, giving a few quotes depending on the needs of the couple. Afterwards we can either have a conversation on the phone where I can answer any questions the bride and groom have might have. To secure the booking I take a 20% deposit along with a contract which will need to be filled in to secure the booking.
