Describe your typical process with a couple.

When brides visit KJB, we offer them a calm, welcoming environment. We put brides at ease especially those that are less than confident. After a chat about your wedding plans, we find out what you are looking for in your dress, what you're not looking for and then we start looking at our current dresses and take it from there. Once we get going, there's always a wild card which often is 'the one'. Be confident in your choice and don't be surprised if you say yes to the first dress you try on!

What do you love most about your job?

Playing a small part in your special day - I love meeting brides and their families - enter as a stranger, leave as a friend!

What is your favourite style of wedding dress?

That's a hard question, there's so many. One day it could be lace, the next simple plain satin.

What is the best way to incorporate "Something Blue" into the wedding outfit?

You can add a blue ribbon inside your dress, or have a small blue heart sewn in. Wearing either a blue garter or one that has blue in, or maybe some jewellery with a blue stone.
