We can assist with all areas of decor and floristry management, or create a package for you to simply do it all yourselves and with no minimum spend and whatever your budget, our services are tailored to your individual needs. Pieces can be hired individually, or use our personal service to make a bespoke package for your event. We love to share our experience with you and pride ourselves on the most competitive prices. Offering everything from vintage prop hire, furniture, garden games, self serve stations and floristry, as well as event planning and on the day coordination. We can even provide scrumptious vintage tea party catering for all occasions too! With 25 years in the industry we love to collaborate with our recommended (or your chosen) suppliers to bring your vision to life. Our services typically start at £400, however most of our clients invest between £800 - £1500 for decor and styling. A discovery appointment is the ideal opportunity for us to get to know how we can fulfill your design brief and support your planning journey.

Utterly incredible

From start to finish, Hayley has been utterly incredible in the process of our wedding! Arranged a meeting where we spoke through our ideas and Hayley offered suggested and was extremely supportive throughout. The decorations really transformed our venue and we couldn't have done that with the wonders of Dollys Vintage Tea Party! Highly recommended for all wanting to transform a venue into a master piece. The evening went down brilliantly

Hayley provided styling and coordination for our wedding at Barley Town House. The venue looked lovely on the day and she went above and beyond to coordinate suppliers and turn around rooms without us being fully aware of her working away in the background. She was happy to stay for an extra half away beyond the timing we'd originally agreed to ensure things ran smoothly into the evening. Finally the vintage games in the evening went down brilliantly and we'd thoroughly recommend them!

Perfect styling touches to our day

We hired a selection of props from Hayley for our wedding this September and they really added the perfect styling touches to our day. It was great to work with Hayley, her Dolly's HQ is a complete treasure trove which helped to spark ideas and meant we could see many of the items we'd chosen to hire before the day so we could get a better sense of how everything would work together. Hayley was flexible with collection and drop off times. Thanks Hayley :)

Hayley was amazing

Hayley was amazing. She styled our wedding venue and on the day co-ordination for us. It was a dream. She understood our style and the look we wanted to achieve and selected and suggested some lovely pieces from her collection (it needs to be seen to be believed) and brought it all together for us. She worked with all our suppliers and venues and the day ran perfectly. I really could not recommend her enough!

So fantastic to work with

Hayley was so fantastic to work with in the run up to and on the day of our wedding. She gave great tips for wedding planning and we were able to select some great decor items from her huge collection. It was so great to have someone understand my vision and make suggestions and help the vision come to life! Hayley helped us set up on the day before and she coordinated on the day. It would have been a much longer, more stressful process setting up at the venue without her and she was so kind!

Savannah Wedding Theme

Hayley took our Savannah wedding theme in September 2017 and we could not have been happier! The styled lounge area gave guest chance to sit and enjoy the surroundings but also take pictures of themselves. This made for fab photo opportunities for the professional photographers. No-one could have done as well as you did in making everything so perfect, your creativity and eye for detail and just making everything work together is outstanding and in so many ways you were just such a pleasure for everyone to work with – especially us. Think beyond trendy, choose styling that reflects you as a couple. Try not to get overwhelmed, especially over the seating plan (I hear it can be the biggest headache) or in the small details...enjoy the memory making of your wedding planning journey and be true to yourselves.... remember above everything it's about you two getting hitched!!

What is your favourite personal touch you have seen at a wedding?

The bride and groom leaving a personal hand written note, on a photo of each guest, as their place setting. (lot's of tears and laughter).

Describe your typical process with a couple.

An initial discovery call to understand their vision, preferences, and expectations. Followed by a meeting at our HQ to establish a clear design brief, time line and gather all supplier information. Depending on the services they require, more in depth discussions will unfold and continued support will be given throughout their planning journey. Meticulously executing their vision on the day with supplier, guest and back of scene management.
