The first wedding cake I ever made was for my niece - she asked me to make a 5-tier cake and I had never even made a 2-tiered cake before! I then had to drive 200 miles to the wedding with it - terrifying but it arrived in perfect condition and was loved by all.
Elegant, Beautiful, Original, Bespoke, Delicious

Remember that this wedding is about you declaring your love for one another in front of the people you hold most dear, it does not have to cost the earth to be a memerable and special day.
I love a wedding where the couple personalise things rather than having a generic style.
I like to discuss ideas, colours, style of wedding etc with the couple - I think the invitation is often a good starting point for the cake design.
My Spiced Carrot cake is loved by everyone, so moist and rich, and filled with cinnamon buttercream, absolutely delicious.
A 5-tier black and white cake based on the design of the couple's wedding invitation. It had a hidden batman theme on the back as the groom just loves batman.
I have always loved baking and I was just 11 years old when I first made a birthday cake for a friend, covered with buttercream and smarties. I have continued to bake throughout my life and worked as a cook in private households for many years which gave me the opportunity to create many delicious cakes, desserts, and chocolates. When my niece asked me to make her 5-tier wedding cake I agreed without thinking it through, I had never made a tiered cake before, and it was quite a daunting task. I thoroughly enjoyed the process and discovered a flare for cake decorating that I wasn’t aware I had.
A tall elegant wedding cake with each tier showing a different skill, some with sugar flowers, some plain and others ornately decorated.
