Cathlene's Cakes

Thank you Cathlene for making our amazing wedding cake & favours ☺️ It’s a good job we saved the top tier for ourselves because the rest of our cake vanished before we got chance to have any - clearly our guests loved it! The cake was beautiful & tasted just as good. You were so helpful throughout the whole process, even when we had to postpone our day. It was better than we could have imagined, thank you!

We could not thank Cathlene enough. We changed our minds on the style of the cake and this was arranged with no issues. The cake was perfect and better than we imagined. It tasted amazing, and all guest were able to eat it (had gluten free guests attending) no-one knew the difference. Cathlene was very friendly and professional from start to finish. Cathlene was brilliant throughout. Quick to reply to queries, offered excellent creative advice on what would look best (as we didn't really know!) and bakes a delicious gluten free cake😋 we hardly had any left over to take home. I really appreciated that she had printed an ingredients list which we displayed alongside the cake after it was cut so guests could check their allergens. Super stress free and the marbling effect and sugar flowers both incredible and commented on by guests. Thank you

Our wedding cake was truly amazing. Cathlene was great to correspond with and set it up on the day so efficiently. She liaised with our florist and the finished cake was brilliant! So many compliments and the fact it was gluten free was an added bonus. Couldn’t have been happier and such a shame we never met you in person!

All I can say is wow! I was blown away at how perfect our cake was and how amazing it looked. Cathlene really listens to what you want and the attention to detail that she puts into her cakes, was clear to see when I saw ours. It was so beautiful and tasted incredible! The guests commented on how great it tasted and I had about 7 portions myself 😂 I absolutely loved it. Communication was great and I felt that she couldn’t have done a better job.

We hired Cathlene for our wedding cake in October 22. We couldn't recommend her more highly. She was incredibly helpful in assisting us with the design of our cake and it really blew our guests away. Best of all, the cake was fantastically made and was super delicious. We would definitely hire Cathlene again for a special cake in future.

There is nothing I could fault with Cathlene right from 1st contact! She listened to everything we wanted and made it come true! Having a Gluten free baker is different than having a baker that does gluten free! You can definitely tell the difference and my worry of my 10yr old little girl feeling excluded with a cupcake again was washed away as soon as we tried Cathlene's cakes! Thank you so much. It was stunning.

We used Cathlene for our wedding cake and we were extremely happy with the finished product 😀 from start to finish when dealing with Cathlene, she was so lovely and very professional. The cake was so beautiful and tasty, we will definitely use her in the future for another occasion. We can't recommend her enough.
