I am Catia, a Portuguese Hair Stylist and Makeup Artist currently residing in Surrey, with service coverage spanning across London, Surrey and select areas in Kent and West Sussex.
Having relocated to London four years ago, I embarked on a journey to establish my career in the beauty industry. I pursued professional training in hair and makeup at the esteemed Academy of Freelance Makeup Artist in London.
At present, I offer my services as a mobile artist, delivering personalized beauty experiences in the comfort of your own home. Furthermore, I hold the role of a Freelance Senior Hair Stylist at ASOS studios, where my expertise is put to use in various settings. I also do weddings, events, fashion shows such as London Fashion Week, and professional photoshoots. My most recent career highlight was working for CBS where I’ve also had the pleasure to meet Kate Winslet and also working with Annie Lennox.

What is your No.1 wedding planning tip for couples?
Hair and Makeup needs to be part of your wedding budget. Remember you want to look amazing for that pictures that you are going to look back in 10 years ❤️
Describe your typical process with a couple.
I like to write all the details so this information is saved for both sides. I always contact the bride to understand the services and number of people needed and explain the trial process. I like to be clear about what is my style and which services I don't offer. For me communication is the key for a successful relationship ❤️
What do you love most about your job?
I'm proud of being able to do what I love. Is very grateful for me see my brides and clients with their final look. When they do the reveal for parents and bridesmaids, the emotions, the smiles... Is priceless
What is your No. 1 beauty tip for a bride?
Take care of your skin my love! Even if you don't usually do, please consider exfoliating and moisturising your skin 2/3 month before the wedding day, also drink water is lovely for your skin.
How do you keep the bride feeling calm on her wedding day?
I believe my energy is essential for this and when we talk about energy is not too much I can say but is what people feel. I'm a very calm person and always like to make people around me comfortable
