Friendly, knowledgeable, forthcoming and helpful staff. Fluent in English language. The wealth of knowledge of Mr. Umit, the Manager, related to Turkey, was unmatched, and he was always forthcoming in sharing this knowledge. Same is true for the reception officer Mr. Qadeer. Clean, comfortable place.
