I had such a great experience at this hotel. The staff was very kind and helpful. Merve was working around the clock to ensure I had a pleasant stay. She would frequently check to make sure that everything was to my liking and that I was comfortable. The rooms were large and the cleanliness was excellent. The balcony was an added bonus that I really appreciated. The breakfast was also very good. The best part of my stay was the customer service provided to me by Merve Nur and the large room...I had such a great experience at this hotel. The staff was very kind and helpful.
