The employees were extremely courteous, with a special mention to the Kids Club team who were phenomenal in engaging our children, allowing us some cherished couple time. We were entertained by the lively animations and greatly appreciated the cleanliness maintained across the premises. The pools were another highlight, providing a refreshing respite. Kids are entertained by the hospitality team, Sultan and Arda are exceptional. The food choice is incredible, and cater for all. The chef is available to make anything you require. As always the front house and guest relations have made our rooms to the highest standard. We can not give anything negative about this resort.. We will be back again. The hotel and staff were wonderful . Nothing was a problem . We felt very safe and in all my years of travel around the world I have never seen such a cleaning regime .
