Hotel 2 minutes from the sea. Hotel 2 minutes from the sea.
The rooms are very good. The swimming pool in the middle of the hotel is great. Hotel 2 minutes from the sea. The hotel is not far from the city center. The hotel staff is smiling and welcoming. Close to the beach, lovely swimming pool with luxurious plants. Delicious breakfast variety. Rooms are spacious, with a big bathroom and interesting design. Custumer service was 20/10!!Custumer service was 20/10!!
We booked for 1 night but we ended up staying 3 nights!!! Room, location, breakfast, POOL: AMAZING!!! but on top of all that Custumer service was 20/10!!! Our bags were missing and JOB (Mr Tawit Rodkaen, Supervisor at the reception desk) was suuuuper helpfull and compasionate with our situation. He was super supportive and put a lot of efforts to sort out our baggage situation! [...]We booked for 1 night but we ended up staying 3 nights!!! Room, location, breakfast, POOL: AMAZING!!! but on top of all that Custumer service was 20/10!!! We booked 2 nights in a deluxe room but to our amazement the super hospitable staff upgraded us to a suite with pool access. The rooms and pool area are amazing and really clean n comfortable. Staff is super courteous!!! Breakfast was more of a brunch. Really good spread and delicious.
