We had a wonderful stay at this lovely resort. The accommodation was fantastic, the food great and the hospitality limitless. Special thanks to Ms Chularat Prapedi for helping to make it so special. Brilliant five day stay at this hotel ! Brilliant five day stay at this hotel !
Brilliant five day stay at this hotel. Upgraded our room on arrival which was well worth a small extra cost. I would advise against booking their most basic room offering. The superior was fantastic. Particular thanks to the security guard who always had a smile on his face and was really helpful.Brilliant five day stay at this hotel. Extremely nice staff, absolutely loved it ! Extremely nice staff, absolutely loved it !
We stayed here for the new years weekend and we absolutely loved it. We booked the pool villa rooms and we loved it and was pleasantly surprised by the jacuzzi. I would like to especially commend the staff. All the staff were extremely nice to my 4 year old. They took the time out to say hello to him and even play with him. We had a NYE dinner on the beach which I enjoyed, loads of types of food. Once again the staff were extremely nice, one of them his name was Mint was super nice to my son. We stayed 6 nights. We have upgraded our room to direct pool access room and it was an excellent decision. Room was very spacious and comfortable. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. We were explained all about the hotel and facility. Also F&B staff was very responsive, friendly with prompt service.We stayed 6 nights. This is a great resort. Good service, clean and comfortable. There is a big pool we can enjoy with a sea view. The staff is friendly. It has a great view and design. Location very out the way but fine if you want a quiet getaway around the hotel. Other than that was a terrific experience.the rooms were lovely. The food from restaurant was amazing. The staff went above and beyond when I asked for something extra special for me and my girlfriend’s anniversary.
