- RRyan F20/02/2024Great service !Great service !Natthaya, the events co-ordinator was fantastic and liaised with us in advance and made sure all our needs were met. There was some inclement weather forecast for the day and the resort and Natthaya worked hard to ensure we had contingencies in place no matter the weather. The service and food in the resort was some of the best we have ever had. No request was too much and they were very accommodating of ours and our guests dietary requirements for the wedding.Natthaya, the events co-ordinator was fantastic and liaised with us in advance and made sure all our needs were met. We held the ceremony at Azure Lounge and the cocktail reception at Air Bar which had the most amazing views and ambience. Our wedding reception was on the beachfront lawn which was very private and the perfect spot to entertain our guests.We held our wedding here in September 2023, the wedding and our stay exceeded all our expectations! - BBartu20/02/2024really nice wedding ! really nice wedding !Everything that you want they will organize for you. If something is not like you expect than they will give you directly a solution. It’s simply great and you feel like at home with them. I wish the whole personal all the best. Keep going like that. The rooms have a fantastical view over the gulf of Thailand and the 5 islands of koh samui. You also have a buggy service to drive you everywhere where you want it’s really fun and makes this hotel special. Also they plan really nice weddings.Everything that you want they will organize for you. If something is not like you expect than they will give you directly a solution.
