The service provided by the staff was great and helpful, and the general manager even went out of his way to take us on a tour around Khao Tao and Hua Hin, which was an incredibly thoughtful and kind gesture. The settings and swimming pool of the hotel are certainly beautiful, with a pleasant view of the beach. It's a great option...We recently had the pleasure of staying at the Best Western Carapace hotel in Hua Hin Khaotao, and I found it to be a comfortable and enjoyable experience overall. I couldn’t be happier with the hotel, it’s clean and well maintained. Has several lovely pools and slides for kids. It’s also a very short walk to a very quite stunning beach. There’s a choice of both very good Thai food and more western food, I recommend the pizza!! Also the cocktails are great🍹 And all very reasonably priced for a luxury hotel. There are also many shops and restaurants...I’m staying in the Best Western Carapace while I volunteer at a dog clinic just down the road.
